Meet our Customer Service Team Leader, Alysha
Alysha Bennett’s years of experience in the real estate industry have made her an asset to Briner’s customer service team, and she is doing a fantastic job of managing and mentoring in her role as Team Leader.
Before joining Briner, Alysha decided she wanted to make a change in her career but was intent on maintaining her connection to the real estate industry, and Briner provided a perfect bridge between the two. “I have been working in the real estate industry for over 15 years (predominantly in property management) and whilst I was looking for a change, staying within the industry was important. I felt that my previous experience as a property manager would be beneficial in customer service - both roles are customer focussed and require problem solving skills. The role at Briner allows me to utilise my skills and stay within the peripherals of the industry,” says Alysha.
When asked about what she brings to the role, Alysha says that support for all stakeholders is ultimately her most important function. “As Team Leader, I am here to provide support assistance when required. Whether it be working with the installations manager to discuss a problematic install or providing an urgent quote to our clients, all requests are treated with urgency to ensure that our clients (and their vendors) expectations are met.”
Alysha really enjoys her role at Briner but amongst all things she says the variety of clients that she gets to work with is what she enjoys most. “The client base at Briner is so varied - from residential to commercial, large franchise groups and small 'one off' offices. Our clients are great to deal with and they become a part of your day to day working life and it has been rewarding building relationships with them.”
