Meet our Business Development Manager, Angelo
Angelo Soldatos is an expert at building relationships with clients and he has developed a great relationship with the team at Briner throughout his time with the business.
Angelo made his start with Briner as Installations Manager and quickly impressed the team with his abilities, so much so that Briner decided to offer him a full-time position as an Assistant Project Manager in 2010. Angelo says it was an easy choice for him to accept because of Briner’s team culture “It’s a great team here at Briner with everyone working for the same outcome.”
Angelo continued to impress Briner with his passion and great work ethic and was promoted to Project Manager a short while later.
In 2014, Angelo began his degree in Bachelor of Business, and at this time started to develop an interest in sales and marketing. Often in his Project Manager role, he went above and beyond what was required and found himself naturally leaning towards these areas of the business. It was a natural progression for Angelo from Project Manager to Business Development Manager.
Since moving into his new role, Angelo says the variety of work he has experienced keep him invigorated and his relationship skills have begun to shine through, “I like to think have built a great rapport with customers over the years and they’ve developed a real trust with me.”
Angelo is now seeking to use his new responsibilities to help grow the business and get Briner’s name out into the wider sphere, but he remains focussed on maintaining the longstanding relationships Briner has with its existing clients as well. Ultimately, he is there to “make the client happy.”
